12. Governing law and venue

These terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the site are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You and GT Consumer Technologies LLC agree that the exclusive venue for any such dispute is the state or federal courts located in Texas, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is held to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

These terms, together with the privacy policy published on this site, are the entire agreement between you and GT Consumer Technologies LLC regarding your use of this corporate site, and they replace any earlier terms for it. They do not replace or amend the terms of service for any product we operate.
